The challenge was to support and enhance an existing accounting and invoicing platform that allows managing expenses, sending invoices, listing business contacts, as well as viewing their details and contacting them via phone or email.

Project Overview

The solution consists of a web application and a mobile application that help manage company finances and speed up e-commerce operations from sales to invoicing using a comprehensive set of tools.

The solution cuts time spent on billing via a fast and easy invoice tracking tool that allows creating customized invoice templates and sharing invoices with the customers via email to get their approval before printing invoices in bulk, creating offers and sharing them with customers, tracking bid status and converting it into an invoice, categorizing invoices and viewing the history of all transactions made on an invoice, and receiving email remainders of overdue invoices.

Another useful feature of the solution is a self-employed receipt tracking tool that simplifies receipt management and allows setting up practical receipt templates, finding receipts using a variety of filters, tracking payments, receiving notifications about due receipts via email or mobile app, as well as automatically calculating receipt amounts.

The current account tracking tool

lists customers and suppliers with balances and allows managing them easily. In addition, the users can import all information about their customers and suppliers from the previous systems and save time in current account tracking. The solution allows sending payment reminders to the customers.

The income and expense tracking tool

takes control of the money entering the client’s business, helps manage pre-accounting, and provides comprehensive analytics.

The stock tracking tool

allows tracking warehouse movements, determining critical stock levels and getting notifications when stocks are running low.

The solution offers integration with various e-commerce systems, CRM systems, store management systems, and financial advisors of the client’s choice.

The solution offers a comprehensive set of tools to track current accounts, issue invoices, and manage e-commerce sales from anywhere, regardless of place, time, and device.
