The challenge was to build a data-driven SaaS solution for improving the quality of healthcare services.
Project Overview
The solution is a comprehensive platform that helps healthcare providers manage the entire patient lifecycle and all company processes. It contains the following features: document management, financial management, online booking of doctor appointments, cashier and POS system.
Financial management functionality
helps keep record of revenues and expenses and provides real-time profit analytics. Also, it keeps history of all transactions.
A service for prescriptions and booking of doctor appointments
helps establish better-organized workflows. A cashier and POS system helps make transactions, create invoices, and generate reports of each transaction.
Other features of the solution include personnel management, warehouse management, e-pharmacy, e-prescriptions, and more.
The solution is highly customizable and allows making adjustments to specific features as well as migrating the clients’ data to the cloud. All data is stored in a cloud database to ensure flexibility, quick data retrieval, and safety to prevent any leakages.
