The challenge was to support and enhance an existing solution that offers marketing personalization, automation, and analytics for e-commerce businesses, providing unique customer experience across email, web and mobile applications, as well as SMS.
Project Overview
The solution represents a comprehensive e-commerce personalization suite with the ability to send automated triggered and segmented campaigns. The solution helps build unified and personalized messages across multiple channels. Using an extensive template library, users can deliver meaningful messages without resorting to coding.
Historical comparisons
for each period of time enable to measure recent performance against historical performance. Also, the tool provides analytics that shows revenue by channels to see which channels are effectively driving revenue.
Data science and automation
performs predictive analytics on the customers’ behavioral data so that digital marketers can easily target the right audiences to improve campaign performance.
