The challenge was to support and improve the existing medical management solution used at hospitals, medical centers, and outpatient clinics.
Project Overview
The solution represents an all-in-one platform that controls all aspects of patient experience and adapts to all points of contact with patients. The platform consists of several tools that can be used together or separately.
Using a web app, healthcare facilities can customize online booking, manage appointments, and add services descriptions and requirements.
Payment tool
allows to process transactions, offer discounts, and refund or cancel payments.
Video call tool
allows online doctor-patient appointments and sends reminders about such appointments.
A patient app lets patients search for a specialist, book an appointment, make a payment, receive test results, submit feedback, and more.
Among other features of the solution are satisfaction surveys and patient reviews, advanced reports and analytics on services and specialists, personalized news campaigns, and ability to send medical results to patients in the PDF format.
From the security standpoint, the solution complies with all security regulations and offers maximum security through audit trail, encrypted (SSL) connections, and SSO.
